President
In his role as President, Chase focuses largely on productivity and process improvement. He continually assess and evaluates Diamond’s business needs to ensure that 100% customer satisfaction remains the company’s overarching goal.
Chase tracks productivity, creates and assesses daily installation procedures, and works closely with Diamond’s Safety Department to ensure the company’s Total Safety Culture is continually implemented.
Additionally, Chase develops quarterly forecasts, works with the sales team to identify new markets and strategies, and maintains customer relationships. Chase also seeks to display the Diamond commitment to EMCOR’s values of “Mission First, People Always” in everything he does.
Prior to joining Diamond, Chase held several construction management positions. He’s worked as a project engineer, project manager, engineering manager, and principal consultant. Chase has also been involved in numerous safety management and project execution initiatives in various capacities.
Chase earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology of Engineering from the College of Engineering at Texas A&M University - Kingsville. He also holds an API 936 certification.
Chase enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and daughter. He also enjoys coaching, hunting, fishing, and golf. Chase is a member of the Arnold Palmer Players Club in Pearland, Texas.
